At Nooré Chocolate, we take pride in crafting fresh, perishable products. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not in perfect condition, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at info@noorechocolate.com with your order details and photos. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:

  • 🇪🇺 European Union → 3–10 business days (shipping cost calculated at checkout)
